Kenneth King is currently an independent consultant in the are of financial management available to startup and emerging companies. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of BioQ.com, a company that provides highly intelligent, automated regulatory solutions delivered by the Internet to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. He also founded a Venture Incubator and merged it into a public Venture Capital and Incubator company.

For the ten years prior to joining BioQ.com, he founded and operated a consulting practice in San Diego, assisting high-tech startups in strategic planning and finance. He was previously employed by AlliedSignal Corp. for twenty years in various capacities, including financial analyst, assistant controller, director of mergers and acquisitions, and (AlliedSignal International) director of finance and administration.

He holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from Stanford University, and is currently Chairman of the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum and Chairman of the Board of Webinc., a new San Diego-based Internet Incubator and venture capital fund that will house and nurture a diverse portfolio of companies conducting business in Internet-related commerce and technology.
